Strawberry Picking

My Dad has been visiting once a week or so to lend a hand with Leo and Phoebe. Though it's always tempting to leave the big chores until he visits and make a morning of it while he watches the children, I've been trying to keep these days free for little outings that would otherwise prove difficult on my own.

Last week we visited the local strawberry farm. We had the best time picking our own and Leo and Phoebe were faithful taste-testers. Some more pictures from the day, if you'd like to see, after the jump.

These lasted less than a week so another trip has been taken since to restock. Not pictured but equally enjoyed both visits: the kiddy tractor Leo rode on, the dogs that found rest under our car and Belgium waffles. If you're visiting us in the next little while, guess what I'll be suggesting we do?
